Since commencing his professional career with bachelor degrees in both Mechanical Engineering and Business, Altay has exclusively worked within the FMCG sector.

He has held various engineering and maintenance roles with global food and beverage companies such as George Weston Foods, Asahi, Goodman Fielder and most recently McCain Foods.

These senior roles have allowed Altay to gain valuable experience leading engineering functions and working cross functionally at a corporate leadership level.

Outside of work he is a proud husband and father to three beautiful children who certainly keep him busy.
